Most Prime Executive Housing residences require a 30-night minimum stay, and select homes require 60 nights. Longer corporate and relocation stays of three to twelve months are welcomed and often priced more favorably.

Every residence is delivered move-in ready with quality furniture, hotel-grade linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishware, smart TVs, window coverings, lighting, and basic household essentials.

Are utilities included?

Yes. Electricity, water, gas, trash, and standard services are bundled into your monthly rate, so there are no separate accounts to open or transfer.

Is Wi-Fi provided?

High-speed Wi-Fi is installed and active in every home, with bandwidth suitable for video conferencing, remote work, and multiple devices.

Is parking available?

How does check-in work?

Check-in is contactless and scheduled around your arrival. You receive a digital arrival packet with access codes, parking details, Wi-Fi credentials, and your dedicated support contact.

Is a security deposit required?

A refundable security deposit is required for most stays and is returned after departure, less any documented damage. Corporate accounts may qualify for a deposit waiver.

Can I extend my stay?

Extensions are common and easy to arrange. Notify your housing coordinator as early as possible and we will extend in place or relocate you to a comparable home if the residence is committed.
